The steel is more corrosion resistant and the black wooden handle is more resistant to washing and water immersion. The Limited Edition is more durable than our original line-up and will stay sharper, longer.
• With a serrated blade the knife can easily and delicately cut baked goods from the softest sponge cake to the hardest French baguette, without concern of damaging the blade itself or the consistency of a fragile pastry or dessert.
